The discipline "Basics of microsensors " will study the physical phenomena that underlie the operation of modern sensors of temperature, humidity, physiological fluids, speed, acceleration, displacement, pressure, gas, magnetic fields, and radioactivity. A future specialist should study the data discipline, as it provides an opportunity to get acquainted with the converters of physical quantities of electrical signals that underlie the operation of modern sensors.
