Description:
The goal of this course is to form in students the knowledge and skills necessary to determine the paths of development of society and economic resources that ensure their achievement, to identify the most probable and cost-effective options for long-term, medium-term and current plans, to substantiate the main directions of energy, economic and technical policy, to predict the consequences of decisions made and measures taken at this moment. In the conditions of scientific and technological progress and improvement of the state's energy system, forecasting becomes one of the decisive scientific factors in the formation of strategies and tactics of energy development.
