The course covers important aspects of project management from basics to advanced methods. It examines various components of IT project management, including the application of methodologies, and the development of programs and projects as means of strategic development. Issues of human resource management, resource provisioning, planning processes, distribution, and control of resources according to international standards are addressed. Basic methodologies of IT project management, including Agile, are analyzed, with an emphasis on their adaptation and implementation. Topics. Networks of queueing systems simulation technologies.
