The course is intended for those who do not have experience in the field of research project management, regardless of the presence of technological experience. The course will allow a clearly understand of a research project, its programs and use cases in different fields. Applicants will be able to familiarize themselves with such procedures as scientific creativity in the preparation of a dissertation, research project management processes, and project management in innovation. In addition, as part of the course, we will consider modern project management methodologies.

Курс призначений для тих, у кого немає досвіду в галузі управління науковими проєктами, незалежно від наявності технологічного досвіду. Курс дасть чітке уявлення про те, що таке науковий проєкт, його програми та варіанти використання у різних галузях. Здобувачі матимуть змогу ознайомитись з такими процедурами, як наукова творчість підготовки дисертації, процеси управління науковими проєктами, проєктне управління в інноваційній діяльності. Крім того, в рамках курсу розглянемо сучасні методології управління проєктами.
