Content module 1. Business architecture design as a decision support tool Issues related to the principles of designing the company's business architecture, business process modeling using the IDEF0 notation, business process modeling using the Process, Procedure and EPC notations are considered. Content module 2. Process modeling. Issues related to business process modeling using BPMN notation are considered. Content module 3. Simulation modeling and FVA. Issues related to simulation modeling and functional-cost analysis of simulated decision options are considered; formation of regulatory documentation.
