The discipline "Numerical methods" develops the ability to design, develop and analyze algorithms for solving numerical problems, like solving algebraic and transcendental equations, systems of linear algebraic equations, problems of function approximations and others, evaluate the efficiency and complexity of algorithms based on the use of numerical methods, and evaluate calculation errors for each method.
