Description:
Result of studying is prerequisites for the formation of the big data trend; classification, characteristics and features of modern technologies for processing and analyzing big data in R; the concept of open medical data, formats and means of their presentation in distributed systems; types and main components of information storage, features of operational data analysis; purpose and main types of distributed computing environments, standards and software of distributed systems and networks for high-performance computing; stages of designing and deploying distributed applications for healthcare needs, including the used software technologies and programming languages.

Основним завданням курсу є формування практично застосованих знань та вмінь з обробки та аналізу великих даних мовою R з метою подальшого застосування в процесах розроблення і підтримки медичних інформаційних систем, які базуються на моделюванні великих даних; ознайомлення з основними принципами побудови та технологіями оброблення інформації в розподілених медичних системах, основними парадигмами паралельного програмування у високопродуктивних системах на рівні обчислювального кластера, придбання практичних навичок щодо застосування паралельного програмування для розв’язання інженерно-технічних задач.
