The module is mainly focused interpretation histological, histochemical and immunohistochemical slides of educational program Pathomorphology using commercial and non-commercial soft for obtaining objective data about pathological process in tissue for course of Special Pathomorphology including digital processing of obtained images for understanding changes and their early detection in internal organs of human body. Complex automatic determination of morphological parameters with description of morphometric processing and analysis of obtained digits with its interpretation are also described.
