Signal and Image Processing

Study program: 123 Computer engineering

Degree: Bachelor

Type of module: lectures, practical work

Lecturer: Assoc. Prof., PhD Oksana Povorozniuk

Language: English

Credit Points: 5 ECTS

Description:
The discipline "Signal and Image Processing" develops knowledge about the mathematical basics of signal processing (series and Fourier transforms, convolutions, z-transform) and images (two-dimensional Fourier transform, element-by-element transforms, digital filtering, cosine and wavelet transforms).
The discipline provides practical skills in using of methods and algorithms of digital processing of signals and images.
