Topic 1. Basic definitions and concepts of VR, AR, MR.

Topic 2. Overview of VR, AR, MR technologies and devices.

Topic 3. Possibilities and prospects of VR, AR, MR technologies in education.

Topic 4. Areas of application of VR, AR, MR technologies.

Topic 5. Historical development of VR, AR, MR systems and devices.

Topic 6. Overview of existing platforms for creating virtual environments and augmented reality applications.

Topic 7. Features of image formation in VR, AR, MR systems.

Topic 8. Creating content in AR format.

Topic 9. Familiarization with the interface and capabilities of the Unity game engine and the Vuforia platform for creating augmented reality applications.

Topic 10. Creating content in VR format.

Topic 11. Familiarization with the functionality of the program for creating virtual environments SimLab VR Studio and the program for viewing VR scenes SimLab VR Viewer.

Topic 12. Creating the effect of immersion and presence.

Topics of practical work:

1. Searching for ready-made 3D models, viewing and editing in Blender.

2. Searching for ready-made AR and VR simulators according to the subject area, review and testing.

3. Creation of an interactive AR application in Unity using Vuforia.

4. Development of a virtual environment in SimLab VR Studio.

5. Implementation of AR/VR technologies in one's own discipline, preparation of methodological recommendations and tests.
