Description:
The modules of the discipline covers methods of algorithm design and analysis of their resources requirements. The course dwells upon such topics: basic data structures, relation between data structures and algorithms, fundamental algorithms for solution of typical problems, algorithm efficiency assessment, strategies of algorithm design. Special attention is attracted to the practical applications of the theoretical knowledge.
