Description:
This course covers established theoretical issues, models of Computer networks and protocol standards. It provides a detailed examination of the protocols used for managing and maintaining of computer network elements.
Successful mastering of the course materials is the basis for further study of disciplines such as designing information systems for various purposes and ensuring their reliability in terms of interaction of network elements.
The purpose of the course is to get acquainted with the network architecture, research principles, construction and operation as well as the study of their protocol implementation and finctional profiles. It also covers principles of routing and switching, the selection of tools (software and hardware) for network implementation and knowledge verification by passing the Cisco certification.
