The aim of the course is to give the basic knowledge and skills in understanding different types of data, modern statistical and computer methods of data treatment and analyses, and mathematical modeling of an applied problem of physical, medical, biological, ecological, engineering and other sciences.

Метою курсу є надання базових знань і навичок розуміння особливостей різних типів даних і роботи з ними, сучасних статистичних і чисельних методів обробки й аналізу даних, а також математичного моделювання прикладних проблем фізичних, медичних, біологічних, екологічних, інженерних та ін. наук.
