Content module 1. Working group. Formation and development of a project team
Issues of teamwork effectiveness, intellectual and professional human resources, interaction between project team members, stages of team formation and development, functional and informal roles within the team are considered.
Content module 2. Leadership and management of a project team
Issues of team interaction, team roles, typologies of employees, development and motivation are considered. Practical tools for building and managing a project team are provided.
Content module 3. Team management at different phases of the project life cycle
Issues of leadership, leadership, groupthink formation, exclusion from the group, conflicts, group pressure and other ways of regulating the behavior of group members at different phases of the project life cycle are considered.
